Scott L. Silver
Managing Partner
Scott L. Silver is the managing partner of Silver Law Group and chairs the firm's securities and financial fraud practice. He has devoted his entire legal career to securities and financial-services law, representing individual and institutional investors against brokerage firms, investment advisors, commodities firms, and hedge funds.
He also serves as counsel to receivers and trustees in Ponzi-scheme recovery matters and is a frequent voice in the financial press on investor-protection issues. His practice is national: he represents investors across the country in FINRA arbitration and securities litigation.
